Things are getting interesting for sure, as Donald Trump fights back against the DNC.
Late Monday night Wikileaks tweeted a full federal court filing the Trump campaign dropped onto the heads of the DNC and Russiagate. In short, it blows the DNC assertions out of the water that it was the victim of a computer hack.
Did Russia hack the DNC? No, according to the filing, which asserts the DNC fabricated the hack.

The document does not explicity accuse the democrats of faking the hack. It argues that Democrats are unable to prove they were hacked. Denying they can prove it and accusing them of faking it are not the same thing.

With the evidence presented in the public so far, it’s 100-percent that the files die NOT move via the internet, and whoever did it...was standing in the room. So it was not a ‘hack’ in any way, shape or form.
But I’ll go one step further in speculation....that Rich might not have been the one involved...but ended stumbling along into the guilty party.
Two MS-13 bangers shot him, then they themselves were killed in SC for botching the job.
But someone killed Rich at the hospital. He was still alive when he arrived.
The hacking cry took attention and motive away from the Seth Rich murder.

I red the whole motion to dismiss and found it telling. PDJT’s team sliced and diced the DNC, especially in the Rico section. However, this has not been discussed on any of the media broadcast and most likely won’t. Somehow Rush, Levin and Hannity need to see it and report on it. I’d love to hear Dershowits, (sic), discuss this motion and the second amended complaint.
