ah yes. Festival from a Star Trek episode, from the original series. During Festival, anything could happen, any violence and mayhem you could imagine happened, as everyone let loose.
“Festival” in Star Trek could also have been known as “The First Purge”.
That episode was on in my locale last week, so it influenced a few of my posts, lol. BTW, last night the same channel showed “Errand of Mercy” and “The City on the Edge of Forever”.
