He has had the usual idiot “can’t avoid a scandal” buffoons forced to leave
He failed to seed the agencies with loyalist, conservative schedule Cs
He left Obama holdovers in place throughout
Even Coats and Rogers openly contradicted him
His chief of staffs have been lulus,constantly plotting against him
Shall I go on?

Tillerson was not a disaster. He did a great job of coralling the State Department bueaucracy. Morale has been terrible there ever since he took office - which is a very good thing.
