The Obama administration spent its years allowing powerful people and organizations to buy their way out of criminal charges by collecting fines instead. The proceeds from those fines were then used to support liberal groups. Including all of the democrat vote fraud organizations.
So I would say Trump would be well within his rights to actually spend that money on protecting America. And what makes it even better is that the money would be used to curtail the activities of the very type of criminal organizations that the money was taken from. Win Win
They not only got out of criminal charges, but got huge reductions in their fines if they “donated” to liberal causes. Obama had so many anti-American tricks which the swamp and the enemedia was happy about.
