I think rape should be extremely specific involving genitalia and or mouths.
But sexual assault, saying it could mean anything to a victim. If a LEO says it, it will be the legal definition in that state, which can vary from grope to rape. But some woman could take flirtation to be sexual assault these days. Im sure this woman means some kind of actionbut she isnt very specific. To keep him from the governor office it had better be more specific.
Remember those 3 or 4 women who were put in front of the cameras as part of Hillary's big October Surprise which featured the Access Hollywood tape, and that was supposed to be 100% guaranteed to sink Trump's chances in Nov?
Each one of these women claimed sexual assault by DJT, and each of their stories fell apart in coming days (totally unnoticed by the DriveBy Media).
One of them said Trump sexually assaulted her when she sat next to him in first class on a cross-country plane flight, and that there was an unidentified male sitting next to them who "saw the entire thing" but failed to lift a finger to intervene.
Her story fell apart when the unidentified male saw Hillary's presser, recognized the woman, and realized it was HIS reputation being slimed even though he wasn't named. He then came forward to the press to say that it was he who was being blamed as the uncaring witness to sexual assault, and that there actually was no sexual assault - absolutely nothing of the kind - going on. (Again, totally ignored by the LameStream Media, so you had to go to FoxNews or the Washington Times, etc, to hear the truth).
I would not be surprised if something physical did go on, like an argument over who owned the armrest between them, perhaps with some pushing of elbows. Or maybe when the one nearest the window had to get up to go somewhere, that inevitable touching of bodies at some number of points became identified in her mind as "sexual assault," especially if the one sitting on the aisle failed to get up and move out to let the other one pass (eg may have been sleeping).
There are many possible scenarios. Think of all the times you've had to move by people to get to/from your seat on an airplane, and all the times they've had to squeeze by you. If a woman was paranoid that strangers were all out to deliberately touch her in wrong places, she'd be practically guaranteed to detect Sexual Assault many times on an airplane flight.
Thanks for the checklist. Why don’t you just relax and enjoy the scandal already.
