Yeah, that's the current lieutenant governor of Virginia, the one slated to replace Northam. Now he's caught up in a #metoo scandal.

Current, VA Lt. Gov, Justin Fairfax and family.
E.W. Jackson. He ran against Northam for VA Lt. Gov. back in 2013. Northam declined to shake Jackson’s hand after a debate. Some argue that Northam didn’t see Jackson’s attempted handshake.

Yes it is. Apparently, they’re forgetting that he’s young, black and a rising star in the Democrat Party. And, like his buddies Keith Ellison and Cory “Spartacus” Booker, there’s no way this allegation will stick to him - period.
