Is everybody aware the Virginia bill was killed in subcommittee and will NOT become law? See third paragraph here.

A House subcommittee rejected the bill, but if it had become law it would not have licensed Virginia physicians to perform abortions as a fetus enters the birth canal.

Not so good. The fact that this bill was even promoted, and championed by the sitting governor, is an historic sea change in cultural values and means that leftists think there is a chance, eventually, that it will pass. Possibly by and even more radicalized legislature.
