I'm curious then, by the standards you advocate, are you a NBC or not? If so, under what law? Because without USSC cases, which you deny, most people on this forum, and in this country, would not be NBCs at all.

Second, you argue only positive law by legislature can determine citizenship. That position holds Marbury v. Madison in 1803 which established judicial review as illegitimate. How does holding the position that judicial review is invalid help, when it's been accepted for over 200 years?
