Same can be said of any large Dem run city. Memphis has had White flight for over a decade, now it’s Black flight of the more prosperous working class. Doctors, Lawyers big money makers have long moved into the 2 neighboring states and the counties. WE move out 5 yrs ago CRIME, TAXES, call 911 you’ve a 30 minute wait...LOCK AND LOAD you can’t depend on the Police appointed by a Dem Mayor. County is Elected and can be bounced.
And they'll move to red states, bringing along their unfortunate voting habits, and ruin their new locations.

Over a third of young adults in Chicago — especially African Americans — want out of this city, citing racism, fractured police-community relations, neighborhood disinvestment and lack of jobs and economic mobility... 1 in 3 African-American, 1 in 6 Latinx and 1 in 10 Asian millennials said they can’t depend on Chicago police in an emergency, vs. 8 percent of whites.
Here's a tip -- the problems with Chicago are the criminals, and the population isn't mostly made up of criminals.
Englewood’s a hellhole because the people living there subscribe to a toxic pity-party culture where nothing is their fault... If they leave — and take their inner city culture with them - the next place will become a hellhole too.
True Civ but the criminal part of the toxic inner-city culture is the one that rules. I lived in Hyde Park (adjacent neighborhood) years ago - and even then Englewood was dominated by thugs.
