Nah, Dems are just now finding out the realities of why Republicans had so much trouble governing. A minority large enough to guarantee the defeat of any bill without the agreement of the other party is their margin of control.

Combine this with two questions more and more Republicans have been asking for the last 20+ years. How has compromise advanced our agenda? and Who authorized these clowns to negotiate on our behalf?

Then there is the growing numbers in both parties who view the other party as evil. Negotiating with evil is considered sinful.

Can Nancy Pelosi compromise enough to get an appropriations bill through and still be considered a Democrat in good standing by the majority of the rank and file? We know making those compromises destroyed the standing of Beoner, Ryan and McConnell with the Republican rank and file.
