John Kerry admitted that the US wanted to see ISIS weaken Syrian government forces and US forces even bombed Syrian soldiers in Deir Ez-Zor only to see ISIS overrun Syrian Army positions immediately thereafter. The US wasn't in Syria to fight ISIS but to weaken Syria.

Remember this was the “Arab Spring” and Obummer and Hitlery were trying to take out all dictators even if they were our dictators like whats his name, Mubaruk (sp), in Egypt.
So it does make sense to me.
