Why did the judge say “arguably”?
Arguably is often used as positive reinforcement of a statement but it also can mean that something is “debatable” or “questionable”.

Someone on twitter brought up a good question...The Judge had to have known Gen. Flynn is still involved in another case....then why the meeting today?...and was there a plea bargain going on during the break?
