My understanding is (and I'm not sure how it works, or where I heard this) if Flynn is sentenced he is freed and out from under his NDAs and can finally tell his story about Obama corruption.

Sullivan isn’t offering to throw out the case. Stop making shit up. He offering Flynn an opportunity to withdraw his plea. This would require Flynn re-litigate this case which is time consuming and expensive.
