I have been pretty ill this past week with bronchitis.
When you have COPD, the bronchitis on top of that is a nightmare.
I needed a Nebulizer machine, ans my Insurance Co, flat out refused to pay anything towards it, I am lucky that I was able to buy it out of pocket for about $100.
Many people would not be able to do that
What about them?
They also dropped one of my pain meds, and changed one of my inhalers because the other was too expensive.

Our warehouse is busting at the seams with staff working 18-hour days to get every single order out as committed, and to answer the numerous inquiries. We hired a third party fulfillment center to pack and ship even MORE of our thousands of orders.
We are not a scam. We are not incompetent. We are not lazy. We are human beings and hateful words cut deeply because we are our own worst critics. Were we ready to scale from 100 to 100,000 in a matter of ten minutes? Quite honestly, no. Have we failed to provide the level of service we WANT you to experience when you purchase from our company? Honestly, yes. Are we doing everything humanly possible to ensure your satisfaction as quickly as we can: YES.
