BREAKING: #SCOTUS denies request to block nationwide injunction against new asylum policy. Dissenters: Justices Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh. Bottom line: new asylum policy cannot be enforced anywhere in US while the case is playing out in lower courts.

If I were Trump, I would ignore this order as a separation of powers of issue.

Now THAT pi$$es me off. The asylum policy is not “New”. It is just following the law on the books, which Obama changed in 2014 using his phone and pen.
