Remember Biden has like 3 or 4 deep invasive brain surgeries. His family seems to have an unfortunate predisposition for brain cancer, Ask any neurosurgeon even with one of these surgeries you have a high probability of being “altered” judgment & personality-wise.. Biden’s had multiple of these type surgeries!
