When the “peers” are as inadequate at science as the publishing author, the concept of peer review is revealed as a joke.
Early on the Global Warming “scientists” completely compromised “peer review”. They got themselves appointed to as many relevant scientific journals as they could. When that didn’t work they way they wanted they formed their own journals with themselves dominating the review panels. They not only reviewed each others papers but each others students also. No dissenting from the established “warming canon” allowed!
