Not sure what the value is of Penney’s, but that sure seems like a very good idea.
$1.17 a share....really dumped since early 2016. My brother brought this up...it’s where engineers like to buy their office clothing, and there’s some fear they might up and totally close down. Wal-Mart has always had a lousy selection for office dress clothing...but great at farm or backyard type clothing.
