“There is no question that Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes failed to comply with Florida law on multiple counts, undermining Floridians’ confidence in our electoral process,” the former Florida governor tweeted.
Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush called for embattled Broward County election chief Brenda Snipes to be removed from office, adding fuel to a Republican effort to cast doubt on the validity of statewide election results.
The Broward County Supervisor of Elections Office, to which Bush appointed Snipes in 2003, has come under fire. The office continued on Monday to count tens of thousands of ballots, leading some Republicans — cheered on by President Donald Trump — to accuse the office of fraud without offering any evidence of wrongdoing....[snip]
And she’s losing the support of fellow Democrats, too....
In May, a federal judge said she violated state and federal laws by destroying ballots from the 2016 reelection bid of Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
She has become the scapegoat upon which many Republicans are blaming the Florida GOP’s midterm election woes. Some state officials say her lax oversight has created an office where election fraud can happen.....
Last week, Trump tweeted about “The Broward Effect,” and wondered why none of the “found” votes were for Republicans.
The president tweeted Monday, Veteran’s Day, that the counting should stop and the results from election night should stand — an outcome that, some noted, could lead to the disfranchisement of military members stationed overseas.
“The Florida Election should be called in favor of Rick Scott and Ron DeSantis in that large numbers of new ballots showed up out of nowhere, and many ballots are missing or forged,” Trump wrote. “An honest vote count is no longer possible-ballots massively infected. Must go with Election Night!

When you’ve offended the Bush boys, you’ve offended every living Republican.
If even a loser and closet-Democrat like Jeb says she has got to go, you know she really has to go!
I don’t see the FL state senate as really wanting to get into this type of mess. The GOP holds a five-seat margin over the Democrats and getting this topic up and having some investigation would end up as front-page news for probably two months.
It’d be better to have some class-action lawsuit to go against her by some concerned citizens and just let some judge put a hefty fine on her back.
Under the bus she goes. When you can’t manipulate the ballots correctly, you are of no use.
Currently, must of the guards surrounding Snipes’ office are not BSO, they are ‘Lauderhill Police.” Those are her local friends at the location.
But the heavily padded riot patrol ones look to be BSO.
No, it’s just defense publicity by the media.
Underneath the facade of innocence, everyone realizes that it is systemic fraud.
The shuffling slow-talking old woman has a doctorate degree, she’s playing dumb. And she inserted 20 illegally determined votes into the pile of the legitimate ones.

She has grown so accustomed to cheating -large scale, without retribution, that she is dismissive of a handful of her ‘cheat votes.’
A crook bank teller pockets a few C-notes week. He finally gets caught taking a just few bucks one day. He shrugs, like it’s nothing. Because it IS nothing in comparison to what has been going on for years.
Likewise, she has conditioned her self to considering anything less than a few hundred or thousand fraud votes, as inconsequential.
And she is right, it won’t make a difference in the outcome. At the same time as she plays these games every which way she can all day long for forty election days + overtime post election, all those lil cheating votes become a few thousand D votes.
That’s on top of the mother-lode of pre-filled out ballots in the thousands labeled ‘emergency back-up votes’ where there is no explanation for where they originated.
In this case, it was 38 thousand votes for Bill Nelson that materialized out of thin air at 3AM Nov 7th.
The Florida senate backed Jeb completely in ushering out Snipes equally inept corrupt predecessor, Oliphant.
They are ready and willing to oust Snipes.
Yes, there also needs to be a class-action lawsuit against the SOE in Broward.
Is she really in charge of the election THAT SHE WON? She was elected to that office?

Repeatedly wins. Once unopposed in spite of everything.
She is AA and hires the AA community and she is untouchable to them - getting 100% of their vote. Even if she was criminally prosecuted, they would still vote for her- 98%. That is just how it works.
Likewise, she has a powerful stranglehold on the Broward Jewish vote coming with the education background primarily because she is NOT a republican.
If she ran next month, post election, she would win because they can count on her to stockpile votes for their fave D candidates next year.
It’s like trying to get rid of a mob boss, impossible sans lethal action.
Jeb is getting ready to run again. He was the states governor and could have had her arrested. Jeb is still bull shit.
Senor Yeb is late to this party.
Is he taking credit for his mistake of appointing her?
He regrets it only because his name is being linked to her now.
Nope, her ‘credentials’ fooled a lot of folks.
Jeb was under pressure to appoint a black female democrat and he eagerly accepted Snipes. She was eminently more qualified than the rest of the bfd candidates.
IOW, a white or hispanic candidate with an impeccable background and years of successful elections management experience Need not Apply.
He appointed her in 2003, the Broward cheating was rampant, as usual, for the election 2004. Jeb jeopardized his brothers’ presidential reelection with her appointment. A Dumb Bush move he made for PC appeasement.
Much of the cheating is now systemic -on the ground works. Grandmotherly volunteers or workers have been replaced by liberal activists.
However, any massive pre-ballot completion would have to originate within the inner circle of the SOE. These boxes would be scattered in multiple locations marked- D.E.V. “Democrat emergency votes.”
