Two of the Progressives’ great victories were the federal income tax and the Federal Reserve. Both need to go. The tricky part is what to replace them with.

Missing from the list is the total conversion of the Democrat Party into an openly socialist Marxist party. The leftward trend of the Democrats started decades ago, but the party now openly embraces socialism and is moving to militant Marxism. The anti Trump hysteria could quickly escalate into a Bolshevik style coup and many in the Democrat Party would have no problem with the overthrow of our Constitution and a legitimately elected government

Replacement of the income tax is a relatively simple thing if one uses “representative apportionment”.

In this concept, the prior years total spend is divided into two buckets - one for the Senate and one for the House. The senate bucket is divided by 100 to obtain the per Senator cost. Likewise the House bucket is divided by 435 to obtain the Representative cost.

Each state is then required to pay to the Treasury an amount equal to their representation. 2 time the senate amount plus the number of congressional districts times the representative amount. This is paid monthly and each state must pay that bill PRIOR to paying any state bill including salaries, benefits, contracts, etc.

Balanced budget - done
States get to decide for themselves on how to collect the required taxes to pay for their federal tax bill.

Now if you want to allow congress to borrow money to meet the budget, congress can pass an authorization each year that reduces the amount to be passed to each state.
