He is up for reelection in two years and he saw what happened to Corker and Flake. What he will be like after reelection we can only guess. He is still an open borders guy who stupidly wants to create a Democrat majority.
Graham has repeatedly said he will keep working for amnesty for illegal aliens until he is removed from office.
He has also said that any vote for him is a vote for amnesty.
After the election, he’ll make an about face and become the “moderate” Republican poster child.
