I’ve noticed that too. He has spent many hours studying Obama’s speech patterns and mannerisms. Everythng about him is fake - That’s why I call him “Sham O’Roarke”. A tribute to his Irish heritage and his willingness to portray himself as someone he is not - be it a fake Latino or a reincarnation of his comrade, Obama.
