I forgot to tell the best detail:
AFTER the DNA test came back negative the second time, the Court had to decide if it was “in the best interest of the child” that I remain a “parent” because the process dragged on so long, despite diligent efforts on our part.
Mind you, I refused paternity the second I knew about the kid.
We were given court-ordered visitation. My wife had actually thought about visiting the family and being involved with the kid — making the best of a bad situation.
I had fortunately refused to ever meet the kid (except once in the hallway in front of the courtroom where the bitch tried shoving the kid in my arms), so I could easily testify that I had nothing to do with the kid.
The judge ruled with sanity, but still ordered me not to tell the kid (who, mind you, didn’t speak and probably doesn’t speak now, English) that it wasn’t my kid.
