The ones on the left are devastated by this tactic, angry with Feinstein and dreading the circus to come.
Democratic women I know are saying they oppose Kavanaugh for ideological reasons and that’s enough; this last second allegation seems ludicrous. This side show isn’t helping the Democrats; it makes a lot of them look unhinged from reality.
