“The thing I saw on Twitter was filled with a laugh track, or at the very least, a group of trained seals who clap and laugh at the direction of a blinking neon light.”

If you go to youtube.com, LMS clearly shows a studio audience. Because they usually do quite a few takes the audience response might sound edited.

I’ve watched every episode of LMS.

I enjoy the show.

I even watch the reruns on CMT and whatever other channel is shows up on.

On the regular show, the laughing is there, but not as overbearing as it was on the twitter preview/feed of the new show.

Now, season 1-6 was filmed before a live studio audience. Those audiences have neon signs that light up and say “LAUGH” “CLAP”, etc.

Is season 7, with a different network bankrolling, filming, distributing, and airing it also doing a live audience? I have no idea.

Jeezus folks - I just stated that in the Twitter preview/show, the laughing was out of place - that it was too much, and that it sounded like either a laugh track, or was added to/in.

What I liked about the show is that it was smart - and didn’t treat us, the fans and viewers, as dumb hicks that didn’t know a joke when we heard one.

I’ll NOT be responding to this anymore, because apparently, not being 100% on board with everything every single conservative does is to be ridiculed.

Good day, sirs and madams.
