"Palestinian Arab" is a designation. All the Arabs who are native to Palestine i.e. Jordan and Israel, are Palestinian Arabs. That, of course includes all the Arabs in Jordan as well as the ones who ran away from their domicile in what is now Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank. Palestine is the designation of the old British Mandate that encompassed what is now Israel and Jordan. All those who reside as citizens of one of those entities there are Palestinians including the Jews and Christians, Sufis, Druzes, etc. Palestinian Arab refers to those whose ancestors were Bedouin or other indigenous Moslem and a few who are Christian.
