There were Cubans involved, but I don’t think Cruz’s father was among them. I will tell you someone I know didn’t participate: Lee Harvey Oswald. He was in the break room on the ground floor when the police rushed into the Texas School Book Depository building seconds after the shots were fired. No way could he have run down six flights of stairs in that little amount of time.
I think Mac Wallace was likely the shooter from that building.
Not to be argumentative, but if the cops could get up six flights of stairs pdq, why couldn’t Oswald have gotten down them even quicker? Of course, why would they have been at the ready to go to THAT particular spot, in the first place? In seconds, at that? None of it makes any sense.
