IANAL, but it is my recollection that Barry’s mom was much younger than Ted’s. In 1961 the statutes, case law, country of birth and marriage status of the mother (in which country?) could give a different result regarding the US citizenship for Barry.
POTUS eligibility is a second question distinct from citizenship for both Barry and Ted in our nation under our Constitution and is distinct from eligibility for being a senator.
Why does the Constitution specify a distinction if it didn’t mean for there to be one? Just what is that distinction in Ted’s case today for senator v. POTUS?
If you go by Original Intent the Constitutional requirement, post Revolution, is born in the USA of two citizen parents. If you go by Congressional Resolution none of that applies.
Well, the chances should be very good but we don't have much of a representative government these days. All part of the deep state corruption infecting our government in general.

Old news! If it ever plays out legally. Everything Obama did would be undone, his pen was not valid!

Yet the truth is still the truth. Nothing that he signed into law is valid!!! Therefore anything that the government is trying to enforce that would have been signed by Obama is not binding. The Internet transfer to ICANN, Obamacare.....
It would destroy the left and its paradigm of an honest elected process!
If this did play out, it would rebuild the trust in government (at a great cost to much of the existing government structure)! Don’t see it happening, as they only care about their pensions and continued parasitic lives—non producers that watch out for their own, manipulating & corrupting the will of the people.
Maybe in the eyes of the law, but not so for the hearts and minds of the American People. If it becomes commonly accepted that Barack Obama was a bunko artist and that everything about him is fraudulent, then all those people who belittled "conspiracy theorists" and "birthers" go down the drain with him.

Do you mean to say that my grandson, the son of a career Naval Officer, and American mother is not eligible to become the President of the USA?
Was he born at a hospital ON base or in town?
Then we will finally get an answer because the LEFT will most certainly sue.
My take on the birther question is FMD(married) is the father so he is a citizen. Mom needed a name for the bc. Obama senior agreed to the “marriage” to try and stay at Harvard. They didnt buy it and sent him home.

Natural born citizens have only one nationality.
They are naturally citizens because they are born here of citizen parents and cannot be anything else.
People born with multiple nationalities are precisely who the founders were excluding with the natural born citizen requirement.

NBC means born on US soil of two US citizens. This was defined in SR511 that vetted McCain.
