The Paul Manafort Case Shows Beyond Reasonable Doubt the Double Standards of the Justice System

There is something going on in America on a profound social-political-philosophical-legal level. And it’s very wrong. If we don’t address this issue, which in my opinion poses the greatest threat to this country, we don’t have a future. What I am talking about is the lack of accountability of people in power, people who do wrong, people who flagrantly break the law. Why is this happening? Because of political correctness, aka our pathological need for “diversity”, because of someone’s politics or political designation, the law is not being fairly and equally applied.

What has made America the greatest country in the history of the world (NYC Governor Chris Cuomo does not approve of this message), and what has made her very unique, is that we have the rule of law, which means the law of the land is applied equally. Everybody has equal justice and equal rights/protection under the law.

Good point. He, unlike any other modern politician running for or elected to the presidency, refused to provide his taxes. Granted, he said he would, but keeping his word has never been something that Trump does.

This post belies your tag line.

IIRC, President Trump provided a summary of his taxes, but never divulged details due to ongoing IRS auditing. Plus, he never promised to provide full details. He promised what he delivered.

Further, there is no statutory reason for a candidate to provide tax details. For a career politician, whose life is built on getting to or staying in office, this device is designed to exclude non-politicians from consideration.

So, after consideration of your posts, I have concluded that you are not a serious conservative, and likely not conservative at all.

No, I’m not forgetting there are honest Russians and that many of them are wealthy. Too bad President Trump didn’t take the time to find those Russians to do business with instead of those who are part of the gangster state. Otherwise, your comment helps me to see that no matter what Trump does there will be those who justify Trump’s associating with and business dealings with criminals. You could call those who think like this the Pro-Crime Conservatives. In fact, the President was just saying that Manafort was a good guy and that it was unfair that he was on trial. I guess Trump thinks men who are good guys shouldn’t have to pay their taxes. They can hide their sordid money from the US government in foreign banks. It’s the position of the Neo Pro-Crime Conservatives. Trumpism corrupts.

Yeah, he’s under audit. Pull my other leg. Also, he’s truthful. He never paid playboy bunnies. He never paid money to a porn star. He didn’t dodge the draft five times. He didn’t slur people from Mexico as rapists. He didn’t hire Omorosa. He is not a faux patriot wrapping himself in the flag to fool boobs who never served. His association with Fat Tony Salerno never happened. He didn’t ask the Russian to hack Hillary. He never cheat people out of their money in business. He never cheated on his three wives. He didn’t bring a slew of boobs and know nothings in too the White House, a list too long to name. He didn’t rise to fame with a ridiculous claim about Obama’s birth. He never suggested Ted Cruz’s father killed JFK. He never insulted a female Republican Presidential candidate over her looks. He never said he’d like to date his daughter. He never praised the dictator of North Korea. He never tweeted stupid things about the first Republican Senator who supported him. He never tweeted stupid things about the first Republican Congressman to support him. He never said that if he lost the Republican Primary it’d prove it was rigged. He never said that if he lost the election it’d prove it was rigged. He never attacked the INTEL community, the FBI, and the Justice Dept. He is a real conservative, not guys like myself who think character matters in a leader.

Whatever. They will get Manafort on something just to show they weren’t wasting their time.

Manafort should have called on of those Companies that advertise on the Rush Limbaugh Show that settle IRS Debt for a fraction of the Cost.

It isn’t even an issue that he may have owed Taxes, it’s because that source of Income came from a dreaded Russian (or something). He also had the audacity to work for Donald Trump for three Months.

I already expressed my “deep thoughts”, in my original post, and am not going to repeat myself. My response to your response to that post indicates how little credence I have to your posts, the original and the answer to mine, and remains the same: blah blah blah -— which as anyone knows, indicates my disregard for your response.

>>>It’s not clear that President Trump paid his fair share either<<<

Do you still beat your Wife?

Define “fair share”. Let me help. Your Fair Share is paying Income Taxes based on the same percentage of your Income that your Neighbor pays.

Anything more than that is Progressive Taxation that punishes success and feeds Envy, which is Evil personified.

Pretty good list you have there. I’m sure it’s already been copied and pasted to DU as we speak.

Much of it out of context, but still not bad.

Is there a point to go with it? Did you support Hillary Clinton in the 2016 Election? After all, she was the only other Person who could have been Elected POTUS and we all know what great Character she possesses. Just curious.

As far as “principles” are concerned, when the DemoncRats have a Majority in the House and Senate and are running the White House, your principles are as useful as a bucket of warm spit.

If there is a resurgence of the Democrat Party, it will be because Republicans allowed situational ethics to replace integrity and honor. It’s origin will be traceable to when Republicans decided that a transparent fraud like Donald Trump could represent our values. If DU copied my post, it’d be very strange since everything I wrote is well known and well understood already by nearly everyone accept those who strangely think it’s not a crime or a sin if our guy does it. Most of us know and would agree that what Trump did and does would make us scream if Bill Clinton or Hillary did it. But many now want to put loyalty to Trump above loyalty to the US Constitution, US Law, and the Ten Commandments. We will be brought low by this president. He will end in disgrace either at the ballot box or in the court room. Conservatives will then need to assess the Faustian bargain they made with the man who set up Trump University to scam students.

Trump or no Trump, the Democrat Party is a threat to the Republic.

Electing Donald Trump has only made them admit who and what they really are. Since no other Republican would be sitting in the White House today, we would be here witnessing the dismemberment of our Constitutional Republic and bloodying our Fingers complaining about it.

Got it that you dislike Trump, yet he is the only Republican that could and did beat Hillary. Even with his faults, the alternative would have led to the destruction of our Nation.

If I may ask, if you Voted in November 2016, which Candidate do you support? There were only two Candidates to choose from. The others were mere distractions.

Character matters - starting with actually being for the nation you presume to lead.

Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama, each an anti-American, UniParty globalist: All failed at the starting gate.

Add to that the Bush dynasty COLLUSION with the House of Saud, going back to Prescott, that enabled Jihadist infiltration into our government; the trail of dead bodies in the wake of the Arkansas Gang and its COLLUSION with the Deep State; the sedition and treason of the Marxist Muslim who cheated his way into the Illinois Senate by COLLUSION with a crooked judge to defeat Jack Ryan, which allowed his illicit ascendancy to the presidency.

Yeah, character matters.

Donald Trump loves America, and comes from the private sector, not the corruptly privileged political class.

I have served in ministry. I would not let him act as usher in worship services. If he is a Christian, he is an immature one.

I did not vote for an ecclesiastical leader. I voted for a political one.

Apparently people like you prefer disingenuous hypocrisy to vulgar candor. I find him somewhat (not wholly) refreshing.

He loves America. Do you?
