Penn is trying to look so noble.. He is actually condemning President Trump while saying he will not.
He’s implying Trump said certain damaging things, but is unwilling to say what they were. Why is he holding back? He would be well paid for any dirt he could provide. This suggests to me that he doesn’t really have anything.
