I was recently banned from our local “Nextdoor.com” The reason was that I wrote the following, as quoted to me by the “support” person:
Here is an example of the content that was brought to our attention:
“Not fooling me Dewey. You’re an activist. And, you use this site for your activism.
I love how Dewey says there’s no response necessary, while using this site as a mechanism to tear down our Republic.
What this party represents, especially these days, is nothing close to what JFK, or even Bill Clinton would have been willing to support.”
The poster of the original thread was announcing a Democrat meeting, under the innocuous premise of just “posting information”, but the post included references to these candidates talking about Donald Trump’s impeachment. In other words, the usual SHTT!
They use community websites, unopposed, to spread their idiotic “policy” discussions, and no one is supposed to push back. We’ll, as you can see, I pushed back. I don’t think I was way out of line, considering they are referencing a discussion on impeaching a president, with not a scintilla of evidence!
I am banned. If I promise to conform, they’ll think about allowing me back. NFW! Don’t ever think that the media is limited to TV.
