Suspect did not comply with orders to put his legs straight out. Since we don’t know why this man was being detained because we have only a few seconds worth and it isn’t the police body cam but some ‘citizen’ .....
It also sounded like he was being told to cross his legs at the same time which seem to confuse him reasonably so. The cop is an idiot with a badge imo.
