It may be a valid shoot but the shooter created the situation. Broke every rule of CCW. One wonders if Drejka would have been so confrontational if he was not armed.

It agree in part. As a high ranked martial artist and a fan of handguns it’s up to me to decide where the confrontation goes. I don’t think the shooter started this confrontation. He has every right to speak his mind and then move on. His problem is he had too much to say and didn’t move on. If he was trying to convince the woman to move than that was wrong in a stupid way.
