Trump himself is one of Sessions main critics for his inaction and for him being coerced into recusing himself. Recusing himself over an erroneous statute they conned him with. You seem to think Trump and Sessions are pursuing some grand chess play to put all of his political opponents into checkmate. I wish that were true but I see no evidence of it at all.
Sessions should resign and let someone who doesn’t have to recuse take over. But of course Jeff is part of the stall tactic to get them to the mid term election.
I am a great fan of President Trump's tweets, which are his unstoppable means of driving the narrative against the Deep State and its captive media. But I also recognize that his tweets are aimed at friends and foes alike, and that some are meant as disinformation for his enemies. President Trump has long been an avid student of the great strategist Sun Tzu, whose timeless principles are recognizable in all of Trump's actions.

I don't believe Sessions or Trump were conned for one second. But it was very useful for the president's enemies to believe that Trump's AG was gullible and weak. Highly useful.

That is exactly what I believe, and what the long histories of both men have led me to believe. Checkmate against a broad conspiracy must be achieved before trials begin, and until that time neither you nor I should see any evidence of the sting. For now, we are left to observe which players are calm and which are panicking. Time will tell...
