Both examples you give are where the leaders have “hoodwinked” the steeple into worshipping Satan - they don’t believe Satan is evil, just that he brings the ability to choose, or knowledge, etc.

This is NOT the case.

How Satan really is —

1) He is has a beautiful appearance (natural form).
2) He is a liar, and a deceiver
3) The is the father of murder
4) He is the accuser
5) He is a LOSER. He’s already lost, along with 1/3 of the angels, but meanwhile, he wants to cause as much havoc and take as many people with him as he can.
6) Hell was designed for Satan and his angels - NOT for humankind - but those humans who follow him will end up there, too.

I think you confuse the popular view of Satan Christians hold with the biblical view.

The OT is the OT - it is shared between Judiasm and Christianity. Both have to make sense of it.

I can tell you, reading the book of Job is much more of a learning experience than Isaiah 45:7.

Only Star Wars and Buddhism can rightly be classified as dualistic!

Please, don’t call Christianity dualistic - we have enough problem inside of Christianity educating people beyond that simplistic (and untrue) view.

This is a VERY complex topic - because we humans are conflicted and cannot see things rightly. In general, if you take our natural reaction it is 100% wrong. Thus it is with our view of G_d.......I am not jewish, but if you are, I thought I would not offend you by mentioning any of his names in whole.

I appreciate my Jewish friends, and listen closely to them for insight. A True Christian considers them an elder brother in household of G_d, and of course, a true Jew considers the Christian to be not be in the same household. I am fine with this state of affairs, but I will militate against any “Christian” who claims Jews are now written out of G_d’s plan. G_d made a promise. He is not like a man who changes his ways.

I have gotten (i hope) to the place where I trust what G_d says more than what my eyes, emotion and scheming tell me.

Jewbacca, please trust me on this, we Christians do NOT believe in a dualistic universe - we know G_d reigns and Satan can only function within the guidelines G_d allows him to.

Neither do we believe in Three G_ds. Hear O Israel, The Lord you G_d is one a core belief. I searched for years to understand this mystery, and have apprehended what I believe is truth.
