The First Congress addressed it in the Naturalization Act of 1790:
“And the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens”

McCain’s parents were both US citizens.
He admits she was born in California? Then she is a natural born citizen. Period. If you want to argue the sky is red go ahead. You wont be taken seriously.

No is right ALEG. Who cares that she was born in Oakland, neither of her parents were American citizens.
People who believe citizenship and natural born citizen are the same are missing the boat by so far, that it will be hard to reach them, until they do a little studying on their own.
Here is a quick and easy test for the thought on natural born citizens.
Do you believe, that directly after the revolution, if King George knocked up an American woman, that the founders would consider that child eligible to hold the highest office in the land? Of course not.
The natural born citizen clause has always had to do with divided loyalties at birth. Kamela had no loyalties at birth.......
I will add this ALEG. I believe, for some time now, that both parties have been looking to kill the natural born clause. If we look at many of the candidates put forward around Obama’s time and after, we see many whom are clearly not natural born citizens.
This is very dangerous. One of the greatest protections the founders left us was the natural born clause. We would do well as a nation to keep it.
“Soooo... whats her heritage?”
Harris was born on October 20th, 1964, in Oakland, California to a Tamil Indian mother, Shyamala Gopalan Harris (19382009), and a Jamaican father, Donald Harris.
“You will never convinced people she is not a naturalized citizen.”
No worries, as we have no need to convince people she is not a naturalized citizen. All we need to do is educate people on the difference.
We all realize that naturalized and natural born citizens are different right?
Happy Indeendence to you as well. I kiss the ground the good Lord saw fit to make me the ultiate lottery winner when Iwas born in St. Mary’s hospital in San Francisco, and at a time when SF was still moderately sane. We are blessed.
There are two ways to join the nation: be the Posterity of its citizens, or become naturalized by laws passed by the representatives of the people in Congress.
People who are not citizens of this country who birth children in this country take away the right of the citizens of this country to control who may become it's citizens. It is an invasion from within by foreigners to take over the country without the consent of its native citizens.

You mean when Trump was a birther and then won the presidency?
Jefferson’s mother was born in England, but her father was a Virginia planter born in Henrico County, VA.
Sometimes “natural” is used to mean “born out of wedlock.” So maybe it was put in to assure Alexander Hamilton that he was eligible to run for President.
