Who on this list is strongest on citizenship, from a Constitutional strict constructionist point of view, as well as national sovereignty and international law regarding migration? That’s where trouble lies ahead with very few in place to deal with it in a manner benefitting US citizens.

Oh, and since they seem to be playing the identity lottery we need a Protestant Christian fundamentalist in order to truly look like the populace. Gorsuch is Episcopalian which gives me pause.

In 2012, Judge Ryan joined the court majority when it found that it did not have jurisdiction to order disclosure of trial documents from the Chelsea Manning court-martial.
