“Horowitz is swampy.”
Can someone explain to me how someone (Horowitz) who went to Harvard, graduated magna cum laude and has no idea what “BIAS” is? DC is a sewer, not a swamp and this character is right in with the rest of them.
My understanding is that the actual report contains numerous examples of bias, but that the Executive Summary says there is no documented proof of bias.
Whoever wrote the summary either did not read the report or they are full blooded swampy.
So, either Horowitz wrote the summary or Rosenstein wrote it.
You might or might not know that the reason the term swamp is used with regard to the Deep State in D. C. is that the city was built on top of a real, actual swamp.
