BUT in a report published in July 2014 on the ALTERNATIVE MEDIA publication – Intellihub.com, Shepard Ambellas nailed it before it even happened. He outlined a plan by the Department of Defense and FEMA to use, “abandoned or unused department stores, shopping malls and warehouses as camps to accommodate the mass human influx from South America.”

As we now know, that was exactly the plan, and it is being implemented now in 2018.
