I have no idea. But if there is more than one engine, the left one is pretty far out on the wing. Water cooled. With the low hung prop probably fastened directly to the crank, thus a low RPM motor.
The cowling reminds me of the Oliver super 88 tractor my dad had when I was a boy. (Was 8 yrs old pulling the hay baler with it, while my uncle supervised while loading the hayrack behind me. They both passed away last summer)
That era/size I would have thought trimotor, but it appears to be single engine.
The closest I could come was the He70, which at least had the right configuration (including the low prop) and entry on service, but which seems to have much smoother lines. It’s also missing the exhaust ports.
