The only explanation is that pizzagate-affiliated CIA hitmen waited until his friends left the boat, then infiltrated the boat in a frogman operation and used blowguns to inject him with with an untraceable poison that mimics the effect of a heart attack, using darts made of ice that subsequently melted when his body fell in the water, leaving no trace of the crime!

Like it or not, there is some sort of a corruption issue in the US government, and it does appear at least some of them are involved in child molestation.
Given it appears to be run like an intelligence operation, it is not beyond the bounds of possibility they would infiltrate people into the regulatory/enforcement positions, to control exposure to prosecutions and investigations.
If so, this guy could have been out for a while, and still known enough that tying up his loose end would make sense, especially if we are closing in on things under Trump.
Not enough evidence to say, but also not at all impossible given current events.

That’s a given. At least SOME professional baseball players are involved in child molestation. At least SOME civil war reenactors are involved in child molestation. At least SOME small town librarians are involved in child molestation. That’s an observation so broad it is virtually meaningless.

The question is did he drown? Water in lungs increases likelihood of an accident possibly with adult beverages involved.
