Without regard to the effectiveness of the S400, the entire world got a read of how willing Russia is to engage US forces directly, even after weeks of threats and bluster. And with modern assets onsite with a treaty partner.
That’s priceless.
I agree as to Russia’s unwillingness, and assume that’s why they’ve gone WW3 on their domestic media. Still, I’d like a read on the S400.
