true, but i don't think there are that many out there to get new mod-kits, most anything we have would have been built post 9/11 Iraq/Afghan strikes which ate up most if not all of what was left after the Gulf war, not to mention what 0bama used and the 50 some Trump launched the last time and after looking at the numbers from this strike, at least 66 came from the UK/france
i guess my point is we don't really have that a large surplus
