Here’s the problem I have.
If it were just ONE provable charge it can be easily defined and prosecuted.
If, as it’s likely, that there are multiple charges the entire report will be discarded as a political hit job.
Read the report. The charge is perjury. Over and over.
This is exactly what Flynn’s indictment focuses on.
