When I think back to try to figure out what happened when Facebook made its debut, and why neither I, nor my family registered there, I am not what you may call a religious person, but I feel the voice of God said: “ Don’t touch this with a twenty foot pole,” we stayed away. Thank you, God.

However, it is more likely that I thought that kid was a precocious brat. And now, he wants to run for president.

I wish every user would drop him like a sweaty shirt.

I never signed up for FB, either. I think I am the last hold out, among friends and family. Glad to see I am in good company, Maris :-)

Unable to pass by and not speak to the elusive Maris Crane.
Hello, happy to find our paths have crossed.

Although I do believe GOD has at times spoken to me, that He personally warned me not to sign up for this particular army never happened. Instinct He bestowed in me gave me the feeling this was something to avoid. Any organization that digs through your closet to such a personal degree is nefarious at the very least. Both Twitter and Facebook are two in the social media genre which have never found their way into bookmarks or favorites. They are visited only to inform me, never to converse. When entering their domain it is felt as though we sneak into the lion’s den and desire to beat a hasty retreat. Surprise, now we find You Tube following the army of Satan and sharing their rules.

MZ is no more than a spoiled brat - a child on the playground, bully who fought little Ralphie.

I deleted FB a few days ago.

I am done that arrogant smelly sweatshirt punk who stole the whole FB idea from the Winkelvoss twins in the first place.

Someone said it best which motivated me to quit FB: “if it is free, then YOU are the product”.

-unless you think it is OK to pay FB for your privacy, but either way, paying for your privacy or selling yourself out, is it worth it? To be able to broadcast to the world, strangers included, your life, pictures of your dog, your dinner (which I never understood), or more sobering, your family (for the kid nappers and child molestors) and those people and things you value, your plans...(like when you will be away from home on vacation, for the robbers).

In hindsight I am sorry I was ever seduced int signing up and exposing myself,,,up to now!
