I hate saying this but l believe we must tolerate these state level moves against the 2nd until we get al least one more SC Justice. Last challenge was 5-4 and Kennedy was VERY WOBBLY. In this atmosphere we could lose it.

There are enough marxist federal judges who want to destroy the Constitution and the Republic. I would not look for succor on the federal bench.
