Everyone should be familiar with Obama’s PROMISE Program. What an outrage. Federal tax dollars to school districts which reduced black and Hispanic suspensions, expulsions and arrests. Nothing about reducing infractions, just stop reporting/punishing them. Unfortunately Republican politicians and conservative pundits don’t seem to have even heard of it. Thus most people have not heard of it either.

The Promise Program’s “mastermind’s” - Ophonybama and Holder - are, at bottom, responsible for this tragedy.
And, BY DESIGN! I’d wager! IOW, they KNEW something like this would happen along the way!
