He is 1/3 of the government and he signed on with the legislative branch. The framers gave him the power of veto for a reason. The fact is he signed a bill he said he hadn’t read. That is unacceptable.

President invoked his right to spend the money however he needs to, so that is why he signed, no need to read.

See WH letter link on this thread, it was sent to Congress night before (3/23/2018), Trump signed.

I’m beginning to wonder if Trump is smart enough to read. He certainly hates long briefings. I don’t think he likes to hear other voices than his own.
