Pretty weak School Administration letting the kids call the shots. I would have set them up with a Civics and History class for an educational opportunity.

Note that the diversity index is 55% in this district (lower then I thought!) and the charming mix of far eastern languages that the “American” kids speak.
That’s why they want to kill the anthem. It’s not theirs, has nothing to do with them.

Just read the anthem. The context is abundantly clear.
There is no way one can read the text and honestly come to the conclusion that is being made here. This is a dishonest effort, so logical arguments have no place.
