In our nation's ongoing quest to show diversity and inclusion as demanded by the left, people who use the race card, especially the now-trendy black-female card, show incompetence in delivering what they promise but are quite competent in absconding with the taxpayer's money. As usual, when it comes to access to millions of taxpayer dollars in Washington, D.C., it all depends on who you know and we've seen it before.
Five years later, we apparently still have the incompetent mixing with federal government access to millions of taxpayer dollars and a failure to deliver the goods as promised and a black woman with questionable ability to handle the task at hand.

I vaguely recall that when you run the numbers the meals she was providing would have run about $3,000 per meal.
But she’s black so it’s all good I guess..?

The meals she delivered were no good and thrown out anyways because she failed to follow the contract.
The people awarding these contracts don’t do it for “free”, kick backs, campaign donations have to factored in as well.
I just had a discussion locally here in Buffalo NY about a housing project expected to cost $Millions.
They were gutting and renovating an old school building to make something like 20 new apartments. Everyone was slapping themselves on the back for their greatness.
I asked IF ANY ONE COULD DO BASIC MATH- These apartments would cost $400,000 each to renovate.
Instead of rental properties for 20 people they could BUY A HOUSE for 80 people and save money. (houses were cheap in buffalo at the time you could get a nice one for less than $100,000, easy)
If she was gay or transgender, in addition to being female and black,
She would have won a $300 million dollar contract.
Carolyn Ward, the FEMA employee should be fired.
POeople raised a big stink about the small company out of Whitefish MT doing power reconstruction in PR. They had something like 60 crews hired and mobilized when their contract was cancelled (because of claim that Zinke influenced the contracting). They were doing the job - this ‘lady’ was following a clintonian scam.
I did do the math:
$3120 per meal.
These are the same incompetent people who infect all levels of government. Once there, you can never get rid of them.

Black, woman, Hispanic,”LGBTxyzabc” and muzz get special privileges. This is an injustice. In addition, they whine about being “oppressed.”
